You are very welcome to my page, My name is Lena Cummins and with over 10 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to every session. As a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), I am committed to providing professional, ethical, and supportive care for individuals and families.
I hold a BA in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy which I completed at ICPPD (International College for Personal and Professional Development), as well as a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy which I completed at The Greenane Centre. I also hold a certificate in CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management). This training allows me to offer tailored support to people of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults navigating life’s complexities. I have a wealth of diverse experience varying from accounts, customer service, sales, management, training and education.
